Does the price include the server? +
It depends on which cloud you choose. WPShift Cloud is billed directly through us, with one invoice for everything. With your own cloud (DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Vultr, Linode, AWS EC2, Google Cloud), you pay your provider directly for the server, and us only for the management layer.
How much does a server cost on a third-party cloud? +
A capable WordPress server starts at around €5/month on Hetzner or $6/month on DigitalOcean. WPShift sites run well on these tiers, and you scale as you grow.
What is the difference between sites, domains, and inboxes? +
A site is a WordPress install. A domain is a DNS-managed name (you can point multiple domains at one site). An inbox is an email address you create on a domain. Each plan caps the three independently.
Can I add more email storage? +
Yes. You can add 500 MB blocks at €0.50/month per inbox, billed alongside your subscription. Personal plan inboxes start at 250 MB; Professional and Agency inboxes start at 500 MB.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes. WPShift offers a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. You get the full Professional feature set during the trial.
Can I switch plans later? +
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, assuming you fit under the limits of the lower plan.
Do you offer refunds? +
We do not offer refunds, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. The 7-day trial exists so you can evaluate WPShift before committing.
Is VAT included in the prices? +
Prices are shown excluding VAT. EU customers see VAT applied at checkout where applicable. Non-EU customers see no VAT.
